Yes. Samples, prototypes, seconds, returns, and end-of-line stock are destroyed beyond reconstruction so they never reach a resale site or counterfeit line. Destruction is on site under supervision or off site under chain of custody, and nothing is photographed or resold.
The garment and its branding are rendered unusable under witnessed conditions, so there is no intact, wearable, or labelled item left to liquidate, donate, or copy.
