Shreddee provides confidential, certified destruction of documents, data and devices, products, and regulated goods, on site at your premises or by secure collection. We carry out the destruction ourselves under a documented chain of custody. This website is used to learn about our services and request a quote.
Quote requests
Estimates provided through this site are not binding until confirmed in writing. Final scope and pricing are agreed with you before any work takes place, and a specific engagement may be covered by a separate service agreement. Information you submit for a quote is handled in line with our privacy policy.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to have the right to dispose of the materials you ask us to destroy, and to tell us in advance about any hazardous, controlled, or specially regulated materials. You remain responsible for your own legal and regulatory obligations regarding the records and materials you hand over.
Destruction and documentation
Destruction is carried out to a defined standard, witnessed on request, and closed out with a certificate of destruction, with chain-of-custody records available. While our process is designed to make destroyed material unrecoverable, no process can guarantee against every conceivable risk.
Confidentiality
We treat your identity and the materials we handle as confidential, and we do not publish client identities. Where appropriate, we will work under a non-disclosure agreement before sensitive information is shared.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shreddee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, graphics, and layout, is owned by Shreddee and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and your continued use of the site means you accept them.
